Welcome to Janet’s Beach Cub! By booking a stay at our vacation rental in the Dominican Republic, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Reservation
Eligibility: To book a property, you must be at least 18 years old.
Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once we have received full payment and you have received a booking confirmation email.
Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

2. Payment
Payments must be made at the time of booking via credit card, PayPal, or other accepted payment methods on our website.
A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining balance due before check-in.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking amount.

No-Show: No-shows or cancellations made after check-in will not be refunded.

4. Check-in/Check-out
Check-in Time: Guests may check in from 3:00 PM onwards.
Check-out Time: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.

5. Guest Responsibilities
Damage or Loss: Guests are responsible for any damages or loss caused during their stay. A security deposit may be required to cover any damages.
Noise and Behavior: Guests must maintain a respectful noise level and behavior during their stay. We reserve the right to remove guests who cause disturbances or break local laws.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Designated smoking areas will be provided.

6. House Rules
Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is specified in the booking details. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or eviction.

Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval. A pet fee may apply.
Cleaning: A cleaning fee is included in your booking. Additional cleaning requests will incur extra charges.

7. Liability
Guest Safety: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that occur during your stay.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or transportation disruptions.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of processing your booking. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated date.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located within the Dominican Republic.
